What is your onboarding process like?
Smart Warehousing uses a dedicated support team that guides our customers through a structured implementation roadmap. During this process, we prioritize complete alignment between your business and our technology-driven solutions. The roadmap outlines the processes following a signed contract agreement, including onboarding documents, account set-up, integrations, compliance requirements, trainings, and first receipt.
Do you work with consultants, brokers, and 4PLs to provide solutions to brands?
Yes, we collaborate with consultants, brokers, and 4PLs. However, Smart Warehousing’s policy is that our team maintains a direct relationship with the brand owner to provide the best possible customer experience.
What is your pricing structure?
Smart Warehousing's pricing structure is primarily transactional, with rates proposed for specific activities or transactions within the warehouse. However, there are circumstances where we may utilize another structure, such as an all-in rate or a labor-based structure. We provide transparent pricing, outlining all costs that may be associated with your operations. Reach out to our team to get a customized quote!
Can you accommodate special requests for packaging, or do you have a set process?
We offer flexible packaging solutions, including custom packing slips, branded inserts, kitting, and other value-added services. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll tailor our fulfillment process accordingly.
Do you provide kitting, custom packing slips, and inserts?
Yes! We offer kitting, bundling, custom packing slips, promotional inserts, and other specialized fulfillment services to enhance your customer experience.
Do you have minimums for storage fees, order volumes, or SKU counts?
Smart Warehousing applies a weekly account management fee that includes technology & access to our network of facilities, but otherwise, requires no minimums for storage, orders, or SKUs. We are small business friendly!
What ecommerce platforms do you integrate with?
We integrate with all major ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and more.
Can you provide fulfillment for products requiring temperature control/cold chain?
Yes, we have temperature-controlled warehouses that accommodate ambient, refrigerated, and frozen fulfillment needs.
Do you meet requirements for Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP)?
Yes, we comply with Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) standards, ensuring that orders are processed and shipped according to Amazon’s strict guidelines.
